  • Reverse Mortgages: Equity release solutions for qualifying homeowners.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

5. Consent to Credit Checks and Financial Verification

6. Communication Consent and SMS/Text Messaging Policy (A2P Compliance)

6.3. Fees and Data Rates

We do not charge a fee for our SMS service; however, Message and Data Rates May Apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

6.4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt-out, simply text "STOP" to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

6.5. Help Instructions

6.6. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6.7. Privacy of Phone Numbers

We respect your privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Lender Relationships and Independence

We have access to a wide range of lenders, including major banks, credit unions, trust companies, and private lenders. While we strive to find the best product for you, we are an independent brokerage and do not represent any single lender exclusively. Our recommendations are based on your specific financial situation and needs.

8. Fees and Compensation Disclosure

In most standard residential mortgage transactions, the lender pays us a commission or "finder's fee" for originating the mortgage. This fee is typically a percentage of the mortgage amount and does not cost you anything directly.

However, in certain situations (e.g., commercial mortgages, private lending, or complex credit scenarios), a brokerage fee may be charged directly to you. If a brokerage fee applies:

  • It will be fully disclosed to you in writing prior to your commitment.

  • It will be outlined in the Borrower Disclosure document as required by Ontario regulations.

9. Accuracy of Information
